A lawsuit was filed late last week by Robin Thicke against Marvin Gaye's Estate to protect this summer's hottest track "Blurred Lines," from any action that the Gaye family may have thought about taking.
Gaye's family kept persisting that "Blurred Lines" COPIES the beat of Gaye's hit "Got To Give It Up."
